Colonial Williamsburg is part of the "historic triangle" which includes Jamestowne and Yorktown. This triangle is basically located along interstate 64 half way between Richmond and Norfolk, Va.
Air: RIC (Richmond, Va.) and ORF (Norfolk, Va)
Car: If you are not driving to Colonial Williamsburg, then I suggest you rent a car to explore
Train: Amtrak has a station in Williamsburg
